This vision presents a three-country maritime development model where the crew management Philippine system, Panama training center, certification according to STCW 95 and seaman book, and Madagascar become and strong manpower seafarers in the international maritime industry.

Through our agreement with the Philippine Merchant Marine Academy (PMMA) and Panama Marine Academy, we strengthen crew development by combining academic training with practical maritime industry requirements.
